AKIPRESS.COM - Total tax revenue reached 16 trillion tugriks as of September 2023, which is an increase of 5.2 trillion tugriks from the same period last year, GoGoMongolia reports.

Income tax revenue increased by 1.9 trillion tugriks (80%), social insurance income by 629.3 billion tugriks (30%), and value added tax by 562.9 billion tugriks (20%). Excise tax decreased by 77 billion tugriks.

Percentage of income tax increased by 4.9% compared to last year. Income from other taxes, fees and charges increased by 7.4%.

Percentage of VAT decreased by 5.1%, of excise tax income by 2.6%, of social insurance decreased by 2.5%, and of income from foreign operations by 2.1%.
