AKIPRESS.COM - The Japan Day will be held in Bishkek on October 21 as the final event of Japan Month, the Embassy of Japan said.
Cultural corners and a concert are planned as part of the event.
At the concert, the audience will be offered performances by the Japanese drum group "OOEDODAIKO", JICA volunteers, singer Gulum Kasymbaeva, the modern ensemble of folk instruments ASMAN, a fashion show of cosplayers, a demonstration of the martial arts of sumo, kendo and more.
In the second part of the event, guests will be able to enjoy cultural corners; dressing yukata (summer kimono), tea ceremony, calligraphy, etc.
The admission is free.
