AKIPRESS.COM - The total foreign trade turnover of Mongolia reached $20,033.6 million in ten months of 2023, an increase of $2,898.6 million or 16.9% compared to the same period of 2022. The value of exports surpassed imports by $4,914.4 million, resulting in a positive foreign trade balance.

The foreign trade performance was analyzed based on 525,662 export and 251,641 import customs declarations, along with data from other sources.

According to the Mongolian Customs General Administration, 27,408 export declarations and 1,092 import declarations were submitted through the temporary ports opened during the reporting period.
