AKIPRESS.COM - Mortgage loans of 552.4 billion tugriks were disbursed to 5,266 borrowers by the resources of banks and Bank of Mongolia as of October 23.

Mortgage loans of 398.7 billion tugriks were disbursed to 3,332 households in Ulaanbaatar. Mortgage loans of 153.7 billion tugriks were disbursed to 1,934 households in the provinces.

Loans of 532.4 billion tugriks were granted to 5,895 households in 2022, of which 436.4 billion tugriks were granted to 4,422 households in Ulaanbaatar, and 96 billion tugriks were granted to 1,473 households in the provinces.

The loan decreased by 37.7 billion tugriks in Ulaanbaatar, and increased by 57.3 billion tugriks in local areas. As part of a mortgage loan program with a 3% interest in local areas, loans of 32.6 billion tugriks have been disbursed as of October 23.

97 loans of 7.9 billion tugriks were disbursed to 97 households and guarantees of 1.4 billion tugriks were issued as part of the down payment guarantee fund.
