AKIPRESS.COM - President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa is paying a visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to attend the World Climate Action Summit. President Khurelsukh is to participate in the Summit to be held on December 1-2 at the invitation of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Montsame reported.

When the President arrived in Abu Dhabi on November 27, the UAE greeted Khurelsukh Ukhnaa by illuminating a high building of the city with the coat of arms of Mongolia and writings in Mongol script.

Mongolia and UAE established diplomatic relations on April 1, 1996. Ambassador of Mongolia to the UAE Sh. Odonbaatar presented his credentials as the first Resident Ambassador on December 22, 2021.
