AKIPRESS.COM - President Sadyr Japarov offered condolences to President Vladimir Putin over the terrorist attack in Moscow.

"On behalf of myself and people of the Kyrgyz Republic, I express my sincere condolences and ask you to convey words of deep sympathy to the families and friends of those killed in the shooting that occurred on March 22 and resulted in numerous casualties in Crocus City Hall," President Japarov said.

"Strongly condemning this crime, we declare our support for efforts aimed at effective combating this evil, and stand for uniting the efforts of the world community in the fight against international terrorism," President Japarov stated.

A terrorist attack was carried out at the Crocus City Hall music venue in the city of Krasnogorsk near Moscow on Friday evening. Unidentified gunmen armed with assault rifles went on a shooting spree. An explosion rocked the building, starting a fire. Over 60 were killed and around 140 were injured as a result of the attack.
