Foreign Minister of Mongolia to visit Thailand

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign Minister of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh will pay an official visit to Thailand on April 22-24 at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs o Thailand Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, Montsame reports.

The visit is made on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Thailand. This is the first visit at the level of the Foreign Minister of Mongolia to Thailand in 14 years.

During the visit, Foreign Minister Battsetseg Batmunkh will hold official talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Thailand Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, and meet with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Phumtham Wechayachai and other political and business representatives.

The two sides will review and assess the five decades of friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries, exchange views on expanding trade, investment, and economic cooperation, and discuss regional and international issues of mutual interest.
