Mongolia has 983,500 registered families
AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia has a total of 983,500 registered families, the National Statistics Office said on Wednesday on the occasion of the International Day of Families.
Three, four, and five-member households collectively constitute half of all registered households of the country, the Office added.
Mongolia has been celebrating the International Day of Families since 2003, after the Parliament of the country approved the family development policy.
