
AKIPRESS.COM - The Public Service Development Agency under the President of Uzbekistan organized a meeting with a delegation led by President of the National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI) of the Republic of Korea Kim Chae-Hwan, UzA reports.
The parties have summarized the results of the training programs organized by the Public Service Development Agency and NHI for managers responsible for the digitalization of the public service in 2022-2024. Their effectiveness and results were also discussed.
Kim Chae-Hwan highly appreciated the reforms being implemented in public administration in Uzbekistan. The meeting participants also exchanged views on strengthening bilateral cooperation and expanding the scope of activities within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in October 2023.
The more active implementation of short-term internship and advanced training programs for civil servants in the Republic of Korea, close cooperation in organizing the activities of the assessment center for assessing the competencies of management personnel, holding workshops and other events with the participation of Korean specialists were noted as priority areas of interaction.
The parties agreed to develop and implement a practical action plan in these areas.
