AKIPRESS.COM - President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith completed a state visit to Mongolia at the invitation of President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa on June 12, Montsame reports.

Head of the Office of the President of Mongolia Sodbaatar Yangug and other officials saw off President Thongloun Sisoulith and the delegation at the Chinggis Khaan International Airport.

The official talks between the two heads of state during the visit consolidated decisions and agreements reached during President Khurelsukh's visit to Laos in 2023, opening a new chapter in the history of bilateral relations for the next sixty years.

This visit held high significance in deepening relations and cooperation between the two countries, strengthening people-to-people ties, and determining the future direction of cooperation.
