Heavy rain caused mudflows from the mountains, which rush into the city. The mudflows carried away 7 cars along the Aravan-Ak-Buura canal in Toloikon rural municipality. Four people, who were in recreation zone in Toloikon rural municipality, went missing. The body of the 7-year-old girl was found in the Shakhrikhonsoi river, Andizhan region of Uzbekistan.

Rescuers continue search for 2 women and 2 girls.
