AKIPRESS.COM - First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of Uzbekistan Sodiq Safoyev met with Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Germany Anette Kramme, UzA reports.

The parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, in particular, further strengthening political, trade-economic, social, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation and developing inter-parliamentary ties.

The importance of an intergovernmental agreement on Migration and Mobility between the two countries was discussed at the meeting.

In addition, the sides paid attention to the issues of establishing a stable supply chain of goods. The participants also exchanged views on developing cooperation in labor and employment.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on further developing mutually beneficial relations between Uzbekistan and Germany.
