The U.S. Secretary of State's visit to Mongolia after eight years will further strengthen the strategic third-neighbor partnership between the two countries. It is also significant for implementing the decisions agreed upon during the recently organized first Mongolia-U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Dialogue.
