AKIPRESS.COM - President Sadyr Japarov has endorsed a draft agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on transfer of persons sentenced to life imprisonment for further serving of their sentence.

The basis for initiating the procedure for transfer of a convicted person to the party of which he is a citizen will be an application from this person, a close relative or his legal representative, sent to the central body of either party.
