AKIPRESS.COM - The historical heritage of Tajikistan will be included in the Great Silk Road exhibition, which will be held at the British Museum from September 26, 2024 to February 23, 2025, Khovar reports, citing the National Museum of Tajikistan.
The specialists from the National Museum of Tajikistan and the British Museum agreed to hold this exhibition during negotiations and virtual meetings.
The National Museum will select exhibits related to the 7th and 8th centuries Buddhist culture, found on the territory of Ajinatepp, Kafarnigan and Vakhsh.
The Museum has already presented the heritage of Tajikistan in museums in France, the USA, China, India, Iran, Russia and other countries.
Guests from 41 countries visited the exhibition halls of the National Museum of Tajikistan in six months.
