During the official visit, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will hold official talks with Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai, and pay a courtesy call on President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and Chairman of the Parliament of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve.
The parties will exchange views on strengthening and deepening the strategic partnership established between Mongolia and Japan as part of Mongolia's "third neighbor" foreign policy, ensuring the implementation of the action plan for 2022-2031 of the partnership, enriching cooperation with economic content.
The Japanese Prime Minister's visit to Mongolia after eight years since 2016 is considered significant in bolstering human-centric relations and cooperation with Japan in all areas within the framework of Mongolia's development policy and goals.
Mongolia and Japan have been developing the strategic partnership for peace and prosperity since 2022.
