AKIPRESS.COM - The delegation of Tajikistan headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sodiq Imomi attended the 17th Session of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Cooperation Forum "Central Asia - the Republic of Korea" in Seoul on November 4, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.
During his speech, the head of the Tajik delegation shared the country's vision of expanding bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the Republic of Korea and the countries of Central Asia within this format.
On the sidelines of the Forum, four thematic sessions were held on supply chain, environment and climate change, tourism and information and communication technologies in offline and virtual formats.
The participants of the meeting exchanged views on important issues on the agenda, the development of mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of joint projects.
The Joint Statement of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and the Work Plan of the Secretariat of the "Central Asia - the Republic of Korea" Cooperation Forum for 2025 were adopted following the meeting.
