AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Germany held the political consultations in Dushanbe on November 21, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.
The meeting was chaired by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Ismatullo Nasredin and Director for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia at the German Federal Foreign Office Konrad Arz von Straussenburg.
The parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects for further strengthening bilateral cooperation across various sectors, including politics, economy, trade, investment, energy, industry, migration, education, science and culture.
Both sides noted their satisfaction with the current level of bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to advancing the multifaceted cooperation, as well as implementing joint programs and projects in the future.
They also exchanged views on the interaction between Tajikistan and Germany within international and regional organizations.
