39 Kyrgyzstanis win El Umutu scholarship over 3 years
AKIPRESS.COM - 39 citizens of Kyrgyzstan received El Umutu scholarship over 3 years, President Sadyr Japarov said during today's ceremony of awarding presidential stipend to undergraduate students.
The El Umutu scholarship allows Kyrgyzstanis to pursue Master's and PhD degree programs in the world's 100 best universities of the world, the President stated.
