Uzbekistan and the Central Asian countries continue their active foreign policy efforts, with their global role significantly expanding, Foreign Minister noted on his Telegram channel.

The Minister emphasized the considerable potential of relations between Uzbekistan and Canada and expressed hope for further strengthening cooperation.

Ambassador Christopher Duggan succeeds Alan Hamson, who represented Canada in Uzbekistan from 2024 to 2025.
