Three earthquakes recorded in Kyrgyzstan on June 7

AKIPRESS.COM - Three earthquakes were registered across Kyrgyzstan on June 7, according to the Institute of Seismology.

  1. 09:33 – Naryn region

    • Epicenter intensity: 5.0

    • Location: 15 km southeast of Orto-Syrt, 20 km northeast of Ak-Beyit, 25 km southwest of Kazybek villages.

    • Tremors felt:

      • 4.5 magnitude: Orto-Syrt, Kara-Bulak

      • 4.0 magnitude: Kyzyl-Tuu, Kazybek, Kara-Bulun, Ak-Beyit

  2. 17:14 – Osh region

    • Epicenter intensity: 3.0

    • Location: Adyshev Ridge, 8 km southeast of Uch-Kaptal, 9 km west of Kara-Zhygach villages, 55 km southeast of Osh city.

  3. 18:03 – Naryn region (second quake)

    • Epicenter intensity: 3.5

    • Location: 14 km east of Kara-Bulak, 25 km west of Kyzyl-Tuu.

    • Tremors felt:

      • 3.0 magnitude: Kara-Bulak, Orto-Syrt

      • 2.5 magnitude: Kyzyl-Tuu, Kazybek, Kara-Bulun

No reports of injuries or damage have been released so far.
