This document provides for the opening of a joint venture that will provide technical support to the nuclear power plant construction project and Uzbekistan's initiatives aimed at developing a civilian nuclear program, as well as select design solutions and develop them based on a single concept.

The company provides international services in design, construction, control, and commissioning industrial infrastructure and reactors. It is recognized as the third-largest independent engineering organization in the world in terms of nuclear energy. The company also has extensive experience in digital solutions and project management.
