AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov and Minister of Finance of Qatar Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari held a meeting, UzA reported with reference to the Qatar News Agency.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.

The parties reviewed the current state of bilateral relations and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in the fields of economy, investment, and trade.

Several other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
