AKIPRESS.COM - The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) has released its latest projections for Uzbekistan’s economic performance, estimating that the national GDP will expand by 7-7.2% in the first quarter of 2026 compared to the same period last year, Kun.uz reported.
According to CERR analysts, the baseline forecast for GDP growth in January–March 2026 is approximately 7%. This estimate was developed using a dynamic factor model that monitors 35 key monthly and weekly indicators of current economic activity.
