
AKIPRESS.COM - Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Cevdet Yılmaz, Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye, on 10 March in Ankara.
The parties discussed the ongoing activities and priorities of the Organization of Turkic States, including upcoming Meeting of Heads of Governments/Vice-Presidents of the Member States, as well as prospects for further strengthening cooperation among the Turkic states.
Secretary General Omuraliev provided an overview of the Organization’s recent initiatives aimed at enhancing regional cooperation in areas such as trade, connectivity, economic development, and cultural exchange.
The Vice President stressed the importance of coordinated efforts among the Member States to advance the common vision and strategic objectives of the Turkic world.
Both sides underscored the significance of continued collaboration to implement the decisions adopted within the framework of the OTS and to further strengthen the institutional capacity of the Organization.
