Kyrgyzstan, Russia sign agreement on transfer of Kyrgyz gas company to Gazprom
Kyrgyzstan and Russia have signed the agreement on transfer of the KyrgyzGazProm (owner of 100% stake in the Kyrgyz gas company) to Gazprom at the ceremony in the State Residence Ala Archa on April 10, 2014, in Bishkek.
Gazprom Management Committee Chairman Alexey Miller has signed the agreement on behalf of the Russian side. Kyrgyzgaz director Turgunbek Kulmurzayev has signed the document on behalf of Kyrgyzstan.
