Tulpar-Talgos are produced by Tulpar-Talgo LLP, a joint venture of RemLokomotiv (subsidiary of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy) and Spain's Talgo Kazajstan SL that was established in 2010.
Each railcar is equipped with air conditioning and heating, audio, one toilet and one washroom, and water dispenser. Weighting 16 tons, railcars may withstand the speed up to 200 kph.
