Referendum in Kyrgyzstan
President Almazbek Atambayev voted in the nationwide referendum and elections to local councils December 11.
1,900 polling stations for local elections and 2,381 polls for nationwide referendum are there across Kyrgyzstan.
2.313 million citizens of Kyrgyzstan are eligible to choose local authorities, and 2.851 million - to decide on the proposed constitutional amendments, the State Registration Service said.
About 14,000 Kyrgyzstanis abroad are eligible to vote.
