Demolition of prominent restaurant Naryn started
Demolition of the local architectural monument Naryn restaurant has started.
The area on the restaurant located in Bishkek is 0.52 hectares. The building was found "wasted" in accordance with the Bishkek mayor's office resolution dated 25 October 2016. The Ministry of Culture suggested its demolition.
Meanwhile, Chinese company De He Co LTD said it is willing to build a 23-floor Hualin hotel in central Bishkek at the place of old abandoned Naryn restaurant.
De He Co LTD suggested to build a hotel with the construction area of 69,640 m2 and 79 parking places under ground and 68 - outside the hotel.
The hotel would have 20 ground and 3 underground floors.The height of the building would be 90 meters.
